Utah Training in Central Illinois

Anyone know of any classes going on soonish? It seems everyone is doing the Illinois courses these days, but I'm looking to travel to a state where the Utah is the only one I can get that applies...

I don't know about training but you probably should be aware that Utah will now only issue an out of state permit if you currently hold a permit in the state in which you reside.

Man it is too bad that you can't just come up here for training. There are so many classes up here that you could almost get of the plane and be in one 20 minutes later. Sorry I don't have good info for ya

That would be nice. I wish I had gotten it years ago when I was driving from ********** to Illinois.

Central Illinois covers a large area - this place in Bettendorf Iowa does the Utah class and it's literally 3 minutes outside Illinois directly across the river from Moline Illinois.

Might be worth the drive depending on how "central" you are and what yer other options are. I'm gonna do the Utah class at this place myself.

The Gander Mtn in Springfield used top holds classes on a fairly regular basis. I'm not sure if they still do, we moved from there a while ago.

Anyone else got any tips? The Illinois classes took over, and because of the high cost are slowing down a bit. Nobody seems to be doing Utah outside of Chicago, and I'd love not to have to drive that far into the belly of the beast.

If you have IL licence the training is good for Florida. Unless you realy want Utah

Well, Utah covers Minnesota, which was a place I wanted to go. I'm not going there as soon as I thought, so there's less of a rush, but I might get my Florida in the interim.
