Hey all,

I've been interested in getting an HK clone and have been throwing around the idea of getting the Vector V51 (SBR) but was wondering how accurate and controllable it could be (being a .308 SBR). Anyone have experience with them?

My alternative choices are an actual HK G3 or JLD PTR91-K but I like the idea of an MP5 size weapon that packs a .308 punch for under $1500.

Also is the reliability on this weapon good?

Your input on this is appreciated.

I have the pistol and I enjoy shooting it. I haven't SBRed it yet but I plan to soon. My friend has the SBR and has the fixed stock and the telescoping stock. He recently got a Gemtech supressor for it. I haven't tried his with the Gemtech yet but I have tried the SBR. It is very controlable and accurate. Without the supressor it does throw fireballs, but my friend says the supressor stops that and it sounds more like a 22. My friend has a lot of money invested in his, but it is his favorite toy.
