Yep, our fine OK political hacks stuck us again. After promising to give us open carry, the OK house put together this illegal committee for the express purpose of killing the bill. The OK Constitution requires that the bill be read to the entire OK house on three consecutiuve days. This was not done. We need to start some recall elections in OK.

I can't wait for the next time Tibbs runs for re-election. I will campaign heartily for her opponent in both the primary and the general election if it comes to that.
 
Tibbs is term limited and can't run again. After this year, she's gone....at least from the House. That's why she isn't concerned about her actions and ultimately lying about her support of the bill.
 
Elections have consequences.

Here in Arizona we elected leaders who passed a bill abolishing the requirement that you get a permit to carry a gun concealed.

This is the first time in Oklahoma history that Republicans have been in control of all branches of government at once, a big part of their platform was firearms freedoms.

They have thrown every pro-RTKBA voter under the bus.
 
That's no good. All you can do is stay active. Another day, another election, another legislative session...
 
Unfortunately we don't have any option other than Democrats and republicans in Oklahoma... the two parties have colluded to pass laws denying ballot access to any other party.

You do have primary elections though, don't you?

Third parties are a silly losing bet. Change has to come through primary challenges.
 
I heard "...without any kind of license or background check..." and I stopped watching. I did not need to watch any more because it's obvious these "representatives" do not understand what liberty is. They have no interest in "inalienable rights." They want control.

The people of Oklahoma need to remove these idiots from office, one way or another.

Unfortunately, I suspect that the majority of the population has no interest in liberty either.

Give the man the grand prize. Oklahoma is the most politically backward and corrupt place in the world outside Mexico or Nigeria.
