Vortex AR Optics

Hi, yesterday, I bought a brand new in box Vortex Spitfire 3x scope for $250 after tax and shipping. Is this a fair price? I don't know much about this optic. Is it any good? How does it compare to EOTechs, Aimpoints, Trijicons, etc.

I saw that Vortex also has a mini red dot sight called the Venom that can be mounted to a pistol slide or rail system. The Spitfire has a rail on which the Venom can be mounted. Does anyone have any experience with the Venom, specifically pairing it to the Spitfire?

Lastly, I saw that Vortex has a Sparc AR dot that looks to be similar to an Aimpoint H-1/2 or T-1/2. Has anyone ever used one?

I am familiar with EOTechs, Aimpoints, and Trijicons and while the EOTechs are decent, I think the world of the Aimpoints and Trijicons. However, they can be quite pricey. I just wanted to get your feedback on Vortex as they seem to be offering a lot of similar optics at a fraction of the price. Thanks.

$250.00 is a great deal on that 3x prism sight. I've seen them closer to $350.00.

I almost bought one to replace my EOTech, but went a different path. If I had seen that Vortex for the deal you got, I might have gotten one too.

The new Sparc AR is so new, I haven't seen one in person yet. That's another option I might have bought if it was available sooner.
