It took long enough, but HK is finally releasing a VP with a slide that is ready for a red-dot sight.

I just inherited a VP9 and so far have only fired it once as I ran out of time. Only but 3 mags thru it. Shot nice but will have to get use to it.

I have a LE version with night sights. I prefer it to this new configuration.

They are shipping with 17-round magazines and something other than the three-dot sights, too. 
I'm not going to lie: I would love a Trijicon RMR on the top of one of those.

Nah, I'm still going to wait. They do this, but the longslide kit still is not optics ready. It's just another way to get people to buy another gun until they release what many are looking for.
