I read somewhere that Winchester levers eject the case out of the top of the rifle.
While the Marlin ejects out the side, right? I am not familiar with the internal workings of a lever action rifle, so feel free to enlighten me. I just assumed the Winchesters and Marlins were 'clones', like Armalite and Bushmaster or something.
