Thanks to the good people here, I found a Walker Colt for a good price. No, not an original, but a nice replica. Can't shoot it in NY because I would need a pistol permit for that. So yesterday had a fun day working at our three unit. On the way back we stopped at
Eddies. Anyhow getting off track on my own thread. Got home and was working in my office and said to myself, I don't have a display stand for my Walker Colt. So I made one. It's Walnut from an old Head Board I found in the basement of our old house. Knowing it was walnut and thick, I saved it. Parked it right next to my Zenit. Will finish it in the spring when its not 20 in the garage. So here it is:
