Wanted to ID older wire barrel double

I know it's a long shot, but a friend asked if I could ID (and get parts) for a Hammer-less wire barrel double that has no side locks. I looked at American Guns, Lefever & several others online & some reference books but the side locks don't seem match up. Markings include "3369 - O" on the water table, "Genuine Laminated Steel" on the Rib between the barrels.

Need pics of the markings under the barrels. And better pics of the water table. There is at least a star and possibly other marks on the water table that are cut off in the current pics.
