Looks like the scammers are coming out of the woodwork to feast on the ignorant. Check out these identical gunbroker listings from new sellers using the same images. One in LA, one in Wisconsin. Also check out the seller’s other listings. “Text to contact us” and “payment by PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo”. Run away.

Gun broker asks you to report those, they want help policing that activity. Specifically people using the same pictures for different auctions.

In the lower right of an open gunbroker.com window there is a "Help ?" button, click that and there is a 'Fraud' selection. I would I guess post both of the links to the two ads and tell them it looks like fraud.

That's been around for a while. C-list has always been rife with it. Some small number just use someone else's photo without intent to defraud or rip-off but most are simply scum looking to steal.

Todd.

I seriously think thieves should be executed. At least have the guts to stick a gun or a knife in my face. Don't rob me behind my back or steal my tools from my garage or take packages off my porch or break into my car. Good to see the posts have been removed... I'm sure they'll reappear later today with the same listings/pics and new seller accounts.
