Weapon Permit Applicaiton Update.

I dropped off my paperwork on Tuesday and today (Friday) received a letter from the county Sherriff's office saying that they have signed my application and have passed it along to the Circuit Court judge's office for final approval and processing. That was much faster than I expected.

I will update you on when I get the call saying that it is approved and ready for pickup.

I'll be darned! That's the first time I've heard of anybody informing the applicant of anything about the intermediate steps in the CHP process.

I hope you will consider contacting VCDL www.vcdl.org and letting Phil know about this. It would be nice to see a really positive piece on the CHP process in the VCDL-Alerts.
