I need a riser for my scope on a flat top AR. I bought one from B-Square years ago but they seem to be discontinued now and all I can find are garbage Chinese brands like UTG or Monstrum. Any leads on where to get a decent quality mount that won’t snap off the first time I bump it against a tree branch?

I run a Weaver extended riser on one of my rifles. It seems to work fine.

I run the "Permanent" mount as I like how it's more flush with the reciever, but it's also available with thumb nuts if you're so inclined.

Yankee Hill Machine also makes a nice 'offset' riser if that's what your looking for.

While I'm not a fan of most UTG stuff either, if you're looking for a .5 to .83" high riser, the UTG Pro (NOT the plain ol UTG) rail works very well.
