It was a sad site, only 3 of the 20 stalls on the side I was on were being used and the other side was closed. I talked with one of the range officers afterwards and he said since the ammo shortage basically they only have members and reloaders coming. They keep ammo stocked, but not a lot because they're afraid of being stuck with high prices and people aren't buying at the current prices. He had one brick of 550 rounds of 22lr for $125, and they're not making much profit of it, they are having to pay pretty high prices. I'm hoping the folks with annual memberships provided enough funds to keep them afloat for a while.

Last two times I went to the local range every range was occupied. I expect that will taper off soon enough, but ammo is popping up, hit and miss here and there. Our range is a free public city maintained unmonitored one, no staff, no ammo, no toilets.

Went out yesterday expecting to see at least a couple of peeps at one of the three sites we have. Nice day, 50 degrees, sunny. Kind of eerie, like a ghost town really. I've been noticing traffic slowly declining over the last few weeks but this was just plain spooky. IMG_1110.JPG IMG_1112.JPG IMG_1113.JPG
