Next summer I want to go to a training facility or two, two places I was looking at are Tactical Firearms Training Team in California, and Badlands in Oklahoma. I'm interested in tacticle rifle/carbine, tactical and/or defensive pistol (basic and intermediate), and tactical shotgun.

Anyone have experience with either of these two, or any other good training facilities with prices as good as Badlands and TFTT??

ya know what.. I was planning on going to badlands next summer.. tenn could beo on the way to oklahoma, or the way back.. hmm...

tell me more.. any links to reviews of your training?

Depends on where you are and where you are willing to go. I have a friend that I shoot with that has a place up in Lakeland, FL called Southern Exposure. He has instructors come in and hold classes there frequently. Guys like Randy Cain from Cumberland Tactics and Dave Harrington among others. If you want more info, shoot me an e-mail.

Find a place where they inject you with epinephrine and make you do tac reloads until you puke.

Yeah. I already know how to puke, though. One of those things I learned in college after too much alcohol.
Find out which schools Jerry Miculek or Todd Jarrett went to and try to go there.

...that way, the next time you're assaulted by hostiles, you'll know how to draw your STI from your 012 and smoke 'em without incurring any procedurals!

(Plus, folks'll give you a wider berth in the checkout line at Kroger's, since those 170mm mag tubes that bristle randomly from your waistline will poke them in the kidneys if you sidle too closely.)
