Apparently it was a single-shot bedpost. Particularly with a running back swinging it.

The high capacity bedposts are on bunkbeds. And we letchildren use them.

Not only we have high capacity bedposts, we also have TCPCVBs, Tactical Combat Polymer Coated and Vented Bedposts. They are built into the newest bunk beds and space age light weight portable camp beds as well.

And based on what I have heard, they are capable of launching 8115 grain projectiles at over 14,700 feet per second, at a rate of a thousand per nanosecond!!!

At least he was thinking. I would have never thought of taking my bed apart to use as a weapon.

I might have thought if it except that in my home there are so many things just set in corners, or hanging on the walls that can be used to bludgeon someone that I don't need to take the time to unscrew anything to get my hands on a weapon.

If for some weird reason I find myself in a self defense situation in my home and I don't have immediate access to my firearm I will use the first sword, knife, baton, cane, or big stick i can reach, and it's a safe bet that one will be close.
