What do you all include in your logs?

Hey, maybe you know. I'm looking for 4x6 labels, need another brand besides Avery, staples or office depot/max as I checked all of those. Those have 4x6 in either a whole sheet or 2 to a sheet or like 30 to a sheet. I want maybe 6 to a sheet. For now I'm using the full sheet and just cutting them. I have an old 4x6 portable photo printer we bought back when my grand mother was in a nursing home so we could take pictures and print them out right there. Its been in the top of my closet for a decade so I bought a cheap ink cartridge for it and am using it to print 4x6 recipe cards. So its dedicated to the bench now.
