What do you guys think about the SIG Sauer P232?

Well, there's the rub. I'm going to hold the pistol the way I hold all pistols because it's natural for me. To have to hold a pistol a certain way to keep from bleeding just doesn't cut it.

I hear waht you are saying. With the PPK I adapt my grip to the gun, and it does seem natural to me now. I find that I adapt my grip to many guns depending on waht I have to work with. The PPK is worth it to me as I love the gun, and it really isn't much of an adjustment, maybe more of an awareness.

With the 232 my hand just naturally sits a little lower. It's close, but low enough that it isn't a concern.

The 232 is jsut so smooth for me without the recoil/snap that's so common with the .380. It's all so subjective.

slide bite

At long last i've found that a medium size hand with skinny fingers is really good for something besides jokes! LOL Had a 230 and foolishly let it get away, now have a PPK (Interams), and a 232 and neither have "bitten" me. No need to adjust the grip either, love em!!

The Hogue rubber grips may be the solution to some of the bite problems. An excellent grip now standard on some P232s from the factory.

usp9, I think that you offer good advice. I noticed that when I went from the Hogues back to the factory grips my hand wound up closer to the slide. It's still not an issue, but it was noticeably closer.
