:D
All of the cute ones are facing forward.

Wow....I thought I'd see more fellow paintballers here.....I've been doing that for about 7 years now....

I'm into anything outdoors....fishing, hiking, camping.

A few of us ride the C and O Canal every year....we take about four days and bike, fish and camp along 190 miles of the Potomac river......

Pretty much everything for me, but I try to limit it to biology, particle physics, reading everything I can get my hands on, nuclear medicine, the human genome project and genetic disease research projects. I used to be involved with fast cars, faster women, and slow fermentation, but I got old awhile back and slowed down.

I also used to shoot High Power and Service Rifle, but I got divorced and decided I didn't have a reason to leave home so much anymore.

I'm becoming a begrudging, reluctant activist for a couple of medical causes and orphan diseases.

I try to get to the Texas coast more regularly for bay fishing, and I fly kites when I get a good steady wind and a clear spot of sky.

I've still got an old VW Westfalia stashed around here somewhere.

I think I'll get back into doing architectural glasswork and stained glass one of these days when I get that shop built. I may decide to retire sometime.

Rabbit.

Hey, a turbo shocker, I used to have one of those!

-=stares at the SmartParts jersey on the wall with his name on the back, realizing it hasn't been worn in a few months=-

Actually it isnt a turbo model, it is a select fire...but i really dont shoot the shocker much anymore anyhow...my impulse gets most of the attention.

ya, all of the shockers came with a blue jewel sticker, but the lettering on them was different...they were either a 4x4, S/F or TURBO.

I used to have a very lucrative Shocker performance business....out of my garage...i could do some magic things with those guns.:) :) Nothing better than trigger pulls under an ounce.:D

Hmmmm, well I play Battlefield 1942 every Thursday night with people I work with and our customers.

I just started restoring a 1975 Chevrolet K-10 1/2 Ton 4X4.
Loving referred to as heap right now.

Reading.
I'm a read-a-holic. Anything goes, mags, web pages, blogs, news papers..... there is no end.

Dogs, we love to play with out two dogs.

RTFM

Nobody collects comic books?

Alas, this used to me one of my favorite hobbies. I started in the 80s and was absolutely enthralled with my favorite characters... I quit when there were so many 'cross-over' issues and you had to buy so many titles just to follow your favorite characters- and then the prices got really stupid. The quality of artwork pulled me back in twice ! in the 90s- but the quality of the writing/storytelling just wasn't there anymore...

Some of my other hobbies (too many !!!):

Hiking/camping/backpacking
snowboarding (a favorite, but don't get to go too much anymore)
Mt. biking
kayaking
Knives !- I love to collect all types- especially stag handled knives
Hanging out with my dog- who is very old and needs special care at the moment

And probably my favorite and most consuming- VINYL albums! I have not played a CD in probably 2 years. I mainly like late 60s/70s rock, progressive, folk etc... and I just invested in a high end Pro-ject turntable that is amazing. Never let anyone tell you that the digitally coded 1s and 0s of a CD can come anywhere near the DEPTH and warmth of good music being played from vinyl on a QUALITY turntable !!!!!!!

the hobby I would like to get into: scuba diving

My hobbies in a nutshell:

I used to build and race these...

That's me in the front

Then I had one of these...

So then I got a telescope and a camera (actually several telescopes and cameras) and started taking pictures like these...

Now I spend all me time doing, reloading, and practicing for stuff like this...

But I always have time to look for these...

The End!

Wow, it is cool to hear about board members other hobbies and interests. You guys talents and hobbies amaze me. A fine crew we have here. You all make me look very boring.

I don't shoot as much as I would like, but I really enjoy it.
Other hobbies:
2 granddaughters

Fishing

my main hobby is fishing. shooting is a distant second but this forum has increased my knowledge and appreciation of shooting four fold over what I learned on my own/from dad..

I do mostly saltwater boating for striped bass, blues, cod, flounder, fluke out of Boston Harbor and surfcast at night from RI to ME, but occadionally go back to the sweetwater for large and smallmouth when the tides are bad. Gonna try offshore tuna and shark this year now that I have 4 years experience on the water

Just split one of these little beatuies last year with my father:

it's a vast improvement over my last boat. Hope to work in some hunting one of these days too but if buying hunting gear is as addictive as buying fishing gear and guns the wife ain't gonna be happy :)

canning my home grown vegetables
sausage making

building things

No wonder I don't have any time to shoot anymore.
