What firearm (or bow) did you kill your first deer with?

An eddystone 1917 with a Remington stamp on it in 30-06 got my first deer, a spike whitetail buck, many moons ago.

First buck with a gun was with a Winnie .32 Special lever, in 1966.

First buck with a bow was with a 55# Shakesphere Super Necedah in 1969.

Oddly enough my first deer was taken with a bow my Dad and uncle insisted I make from hedgeapple wood with animal sinew on the back to make it more "springy." The arrow was made from a willow sapling with a bone arrowhead and duck feather fletching. As strange as it sounds it's something of a family tradition that is supposed to teach a sense of independence and self reliance.

very nice, Morcey2, four with my 1976 Jeep Grand wagoneer cost-one broken turn signal cover. First with a weapon was a nice six pointer with my Ruger new model .44 Mag 240 gr. 30-40 yards deep cover just west of Backus,MN

I was 15 years old and hunting with a borrowed Winchester 94 in 30-30. My shot came at about 75 yards just shortly after dawn while overlooking the edge of an apple orchard. I centered the sights on the chest and squeezed the trigger. The large doe bounded away but toppled over after a couple jumps.

30-30 is a keeper!
