What happens when NY appeals this? - Redo Bruen?

So, it this judge ruled against NY in this 2nd Amendment case but gave them a few days to appeal before it takes affect.


Assuming they are going to appeal and they just appeal it all the way back up to SCOTUS, what happens?


SCOTUS just redoes NYSRPA Inc. v. Bruen?

Its possible, but the USSC would likely just refuse to hear the case.

That decision, NYSRPA vs. Bruen, was recently ruled on by the Supreme Court. I doubt they're going to want to hear it again this quickly.
