My heartfelt thanks to whomever can help solve this mystery. I was thinking Le Faucheaux, but there are some significant differences between the two. Other parties have suggested it is a Walch Navy, but I think "Other Parties" spend too much time reading Louis L'Amour novels. How about it, Oleg?

Closest thing I could find is this. The one in the link you posted might be a model designed for someone in the royal family or high up military (general or admiral?) due to the scroll work on it. Just my guess though.

I've seen one before, sorta like the first pic but it was .22 rimfire, short, long or long rifle idk witch, and the barrels were side by side. All the guy knew about it was that it was Belgian.
