Another vote for P7M8, and P7 PSP. My PSP is getting carried the most often right now. As others have said, the trigger, low bore axis, and weight help to control follow up shots.

The P-08 Luger is not far behind, but I have not worked with that as much, and not carried that yet, but may soon. The toggle action is pretty slick, and there is not much mass moving.
