Like many others, I can't CC at work, and in an effort to keep any knives as "tool-like" as possible, I usually don't carry one that most would consider tactical in nature. Instead, my usual workplace EDC consists of a Leatherman Wingman and some sort of non-assisted folding knife, usually a Kershaw or Gerber. Although I rarely have a flashlight on me, I have one on my office desk and a couple in my vehicle's glove box and center console.
Off the clock, it's a different story. Then I carry a Bersa BP9cc in a Bianchi Pro leather or Barsony nylon IWB holster, the aforementioned Leatherman and a Kershaw RJI knife. I have some nicer knives, but keep coming back to the RJI.
