Thanks, I have Titegroup and Accurate No. 5 on hand. Just need to get me some bullets!Yup, 200 gr swc.
I've used Tite Group, Accurate #5, Bullseye, and several others that I forget.
All were plenty accurate.
My favorite is 5.1 gr Titegroup with an OAL of 1.265
I've also had good experience with a 230 gr RNFP & 4.5 gr of Titegroup
I love the 200g Xtreme SWC with Bullseye but the barrel in my Glock 30S does not like SWC bullets. I have a G41 on order which I hope will function this bullet. Sometimes they will work but usually have a jam. That is very disappointing because the SWC seems to group the best. For informational purposes, Its a Glock 30S. Got my eye on a 21 SF, then a 1911...but I want a nice one and really cant afford that just right now...but I will get one.

Russell, sent you a PM.Russell, I can't remember if I have any of the Xtreme 200g SWC bullets left but If I do, I'll PM you for your address and send you a handfull.
Just prior to the great "Component Shortage", blarby traded some cast bullets for reloading equipment/components and these water quenched 200 gr SWC TL bullets were tack drivers that outshot commercial bullets!blarby said:Lee 452-200 lswc - quenched, alox lubed
Bds can tell you about those, lol
RMR's own line of "Thicker Plated" 230 gr RN has shorter round nose that extends the bullet base/bearing surface with dished base so they will need to be loaded shorter (like Missouri 9mm 124 gr RN SmallBall) - http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=761471Toprudder said:I did the "plunk test" in my barrel ... longest I can seat those bullets is 1.215 ... Hodgdon ... show a 1.200 COL, so I'm hoping that data will work well for me.
... Xtreme 230 RN, those have a completely different ogive profile, I can seat them at the max of 1.275 and still not be close to the lands in the barrel.
I could never get my G30 to feed SWC reliably. G21 was better but never 100%.RussellC said:question specific to the Glock 30S...Several have commented about fail to eject problems with the SWC
