What kind of ballistics does this equal?

a 25 grain bullet, probably .17 caliber, at 2400 feet per second. What kind of use would a cartridge like that have? What calibers overlap it?
 
Oh and that's a jacketed steel bullet, so it may be hair longer than your typical 25 grain .17
