What is your preferred method of concealed carry?

Ankle?
Inside Waistband?
Outside Waistband?
Shoulder Holster?
Pocket Carry?
Open Carry?
Other?

A previous thread got me to wondering what methods all you other law abiding citizens use when you are packing.

Please share what method you use most often and why. Also, it would be interesting to know what type of gun (large, small, semi, revolver) you carry in that position.

S&W 637 or full size 1911 OWB.Most comfortable, easily accessable, and deep concealment (or any at all) isnt nessecarry for me.

All the time (where legal) – A J frame in a front pocket holster.
When I can – A 1911 or a 4”K/N frame IWB at about 4 o’clock.
I voted for pocket carry, since I have one there even when I carry IWB.

I pocket carry my PM9 pretty much daily. I carry my XD40 IWB almost as often, but pocket carry wins out by a small margin.

J frame goes in a leather pocket halster. 1911 generaly lives in a Bianchi shoulder holster...........Essex

Mostly IWB, with a full size gun (90% of the time).

If I'm carying the compact, OWB is more comfortable. The muzzle end of the holster tends to dig into my hip if I carry the compact IWB.

I have many options for OWB and IWB, but . Since getting my Kahr I find myself mainly pocket carrying. The fact that the weather here in Florida is almost always hot (t-shirt and shorts weather) also helps make pocket carry a great option.

IN the summer time I use inside waist band when I wear a jacket I wear outside of waist band.
