What state DOESN'T require fingerprints?

After some lengthy research on the DOJ website I have concluded that the state of California does not require fingerprinting as part of the CCW requirements.
 
Heres what states do and do not according to the thread thus far:

Your lists has Vermont as a YES state. It's a NO state. We don't even offer concealed carry licenses, thus NO fingerprints required.

You are right about not needing fingerprints but in my county the last time I renewed my permit they took my picture right there in the sheriff's office and made a photo ID type permit.

Not a bad picture of me either! :)
 
Georgia not only requires prints for a GFL, but also for renewing the license 5 years later!
 
No photo in my county(Blount). Neither photo nor fingerprints are required by the state of Alabama(the original question). What county are you in,JellyJar?
