This is information that any activist should be aware of because it happens to be information your representatives should know. Too many pages with not enough pictures for a representative to pay much attention to but probably something that went across their desk just the same.

Interesting little read. What I took away was:

That the effectivness of gun control laws are questionable at best, likely due to lack of consistent enforcement.

Mental health is on the radar but getting states to comply with reporting seems to be a problem.

Washington is (or was when the report was written) very concerned about how "Fast and Furious" went wrong. The report seemed to indicate that the ATF broke the law but was reluctant to say that.

Human behavior is the "issue" rather than firearms/magazines. It was interesting to note how many times a phrase along the lines of "it is not certain whether or not the law (94 AWB) would have prevented this or not.
