What to keep in a GO Bag

Just bought a GO Bag, its basically a "tactical man purse" carried on my weak side over the shoulder and head in a cross draw. I already have the gun I am going to use, and three reloads. Put a Spiderco knife in one pocket, and clipped on a combo whistle/compass. Now I am at a loss, what else is everyone putting in their bag. I know some sort of 1st aid kit, mb water and food? Its not huge but has a large main compartment. Any ideas

Toilet paper.
And wet wipes.
And a compass.

Never can have too much toilet paper & wet wipes when TSHTF.
And the compass will be necessary to navigate with in all the SHTF fog of war.

Now, just make sure you never let a BG get behind you, or in front of you, and choke you out with the man-purse strap.

Cause then he will take your gun away and shoot you right in the man-purse with it.
