What's behind the Remington primer warning?

I only find a very little bit. It’s totally worth pounding out my frustrations.:D

I am extraordinarily lucky that my buckets of range brass are now clean of the maybe seventy I happened to pick up, and that I can enjoy Starline for nearly everything else. 502 45 Auto cases of which are reserved for my Wesson alone.

I agree with the Brass Exchange thread idea. Maybe the trades can be made with postage paid, so it’s like a Christmas present when it arrives!:)

So, it’s confusing what would be a low pressure round for these pistol primers. I think 45 Auto and 38 Special are it, and they are historically large primered brass, right?
I get the lightly sprung target revolvers and the like, but those would be handloading affairs anyway. What would Remington use these for in factory loads? Even 25Auto is higher pressure than 45.
38 S&W?

I know they’re not catering to us…

Nope. Both 38 Special and 357 Magnum use small pistol primers, though 357 Magnum takes magnum primers. 45 Auto is historically large primer brass...but competitive shooters have pushed the move to small primers, as the cartridge doesn't require large primers, and it saves a step in reloading.
