My local range is only a few miles from the house, so if I find I really need something I can usually run home and get it.
But a good first aid kit stays in my car.
I got a large MidwayUSA bag, too (I love that thing).
I keep extra eyes and ears in it.
Stapler, extra staples, Sharpie, masking tape and target pasters.
A chamber safety flag (some ranges do require it, so I keep one in there)
A Pachmayr gunsmith screwdriver kit, and a solid, 8 inch .35 cal brass rod (squib rod).
Waterless hand soap and a shop towel.
Bug spray and sun screen.
A few red (drone) guns, a drone knife, and orange dummy rounds for training.
I'm sure there's other stuff in there, but short of unpacking it this is what I can think of just off the top of my head.
When I travel I take a plastic toolbox full of weapons cleaning gear.
