so what kind of ammo do you actually have loaded in your 9mm? (not the round you read about or heard about) but what do you actually have loaded??
in my kel-tec i have winchester 115 gr.fmj i know i know:uhoh:
ruger p95 is loaded with winchester 115gr. jhp(non-+p)

so what do you have loaded in your 9mm's???

17 rds of Win Ranger LEO 127gr +p+ in the PT92. That one is the big, sturdy, always-goes-bang "house gun".

20 rds of Cor-Bon 90gr +p in the Keltec carbine. It MOVES out of the long barrel!

Speer Gold Dot 124gr Standard Pressure. If/When I run out my next order will likely be Federal HST or Tactical Bonded 124 or 135gr.

BHP 9mm

In my BHP, Winchester 115 gr. FMJs, on sale at Wall-Mart. Each round sports a digital, self-guiding two-legged trouble maker finder with the newest blue laser technolgy, insuring instant wrath from conservative trouble makers and pain for real trouble makers. It's not supposed to feel good.

I don't typically consider the 9mm for my defensive purposes. So my 9 sees mainly Winchester whitebox, Amer. Eagle, CCI blaser, and magtech .. in other words, range fmj stuff. I do keep in mind though that every firearm kept in the home chould be considered a self-defensive possibility, so I do keep one magazine loaded with the Remington Golden Saber 124gr +P JHPs already mentioned a few times in this thread.

Speer Gold Dot 124 gr. +p

I can personally attest it that it dropped a deer and that amount of damage the round did to some of my property that I shot during an attempted burgulary.

.45 = Remington hardball, then 6 gold dots.

In my Model 28 I load hydra shoks and sometimes I carry Super Vels I've been saving for special occasions.

Whats in my 9mm?

I keep it in the truck for shootin at nutria, so it has 124 grain conical flatpoint hard cast leads, with the maximum recomended charge of bluedot to push it.
My marlin lobs those babies out near 1350 fps.
Oh yeah, 12 round in the little magazine.
