To go from .45 ACP to 9mm you must have the caliber conversion kit, which consists of
the shell plate, the locator buttons, and the powder funnel. You must also have the small primer conversion (primer tube, primer slide), which should have been supplied with the press. You will need the dies for 9mm, a size/decap, a seat, and a crimp die. You may seat and crimp in the same die.
Recommended accessories include a second toolhead and powder die to preserve your die settings. A toolhead stand is a nice way to store the parts you are not using at the time. You can use the same powder measure and slide, as powder quantities will be similar or you can purchase a second powder measure for quicker changes and to preserve your powder drop setting. I find it's about the same amount of hassle to change the slide as it is to readjust it for the new caliber so I saved the $.
Of course, if your budget and space allow just go for a second machine and leave each one set.
I use a Square Deal B for small primer calibers (.380, 9mm, .40 S&W, .38 spl, .357 mag) and have a 550 for the large primer stuff (.44 spl/mag, .45 ACP, .500 S&W). I haven't gotten into rifle reloading yet...
