So here's my 3 year old Frankford Arsenal tumbler, it's seen what I would say is average use. Probably 7K-(ish) purchased un prepped cases of 1K, that I process in batches of 200 to 300 at a time.
Various calibers of the usual suspects, and some not so usual, go shoot 2-300 of a couple different caliber, come back and process them again adding as needed for loss from previously processed ready supply.
I noticed bits of blue plastic in the sifter so upon investigation I found the molded in nut at the bottom of the lid holder had lost it's plastic, not a big deal unless the brass insert comes out.
The thing that's the issue is where the three "feet" are molded into the outside of the bowl, have stress cracked the bottom of the bowl and will eventually rip right out.
I contacted Frankford arsenal well over a month ago and an automated case number was generated. I was not expecting any warranty, only if I could buy a new bowl that's all. I've emailed weekly ever since with no response what so ever and I need a tumbler.
So the question(s) is what tumbler do you have, and how long have you had it, and how much and used it? At this point I'm thinking maybe not another Frankford unit.
Unless there's a better option I think I'll get a Harbor Freight unit, I took a look at it and its made and designed much better, with a heavier plastic less flimsy bowl.
