My everyday carry’s are a Springfield hellcat pro with vortex defender ccw and 124 critical duty +p and a 7.5” 300 blk with 110 vmax supers. I alternate my ruger sr9c with the hellcat in winter clothes.

I've been carrying this Hellcat for a few years now. It's capacity, accuracy, size and reliability are very good. I'm just not in love with it.
I fear I'll never be happy until I find a lightweight 1911 with some bling.

Favor SIG P-series pistols, the 227 in .45 ACP, old 228s, new 229s. On the days where my body says no, a SIG P-365 or 365 XL fits the bill. Always OWB, prefer a good Kramer Belt Scabbard in horsehide strongside at about 3:00 or 3:330 or a lightweight DeSantis Speed Scabbard.

The one that has gotten a lot of attention lately is this Kimber R7 Mako. It’s really impressive at the range. My fallback has been a Hellcat. Sometimes I go with the S&W 2.0 compact 9mm or 40 S&W. Below are my Hellcats, the stainless stays put up and the black one gets all the use.

Am I willing to wear a belt? Yes.
Am I a slave to unrequired shirt tucking? No
Does where I am standing (like in a good spot) decrease my desire to incapacitate attackers ASAP? Nope.
Would I rather run out of ammo or have bullets left over? Extra bullets, please.
Glock 19 minimum even for a "quick trip to the store" in a "good area".

Try to carry a handgun that would be preferred to defend self with anywhere, everywhere.

I rarely carry inside and around the hacienda, but my Colt Agent is within reach.

If I leave the hacienda, it goes in my strong-side front pocket.

When around the house or working in my shop it's my naa 22mag mini revolver in pocket holster. But there's more substantial offerings close by. when leaving the house my primary edc is taurus 605 2 inch snubby 357mag with 2 speed strips. And occasionally I'll wear my norinco 1911a1

For just bummin' around the house or the neighborhood, I like my Ruger LCP MAX. For most other times I prefer a Micro Nine like my S&W Shield Plus or a Glock G43X.

1911 or LCP II. Depends on different situations. I definitely feel better with one of my trusty 1911s on my side.

My "preferred" carry is either my Sig P226 or P220. However since I find those difficult to conceal I usually take my Sig P6. When I really need to keep size down I carry my Taurus 605 2 inch.

I almost never tuck in my outer shirt. When I do it's in the winter and I'm wearing a flannel shirt with a fleece vest over it.

When I buy my clothes though I buy clothing that's designed to be worn that way.

Some people prefer (or are required) to tuck in their shirt. I assume they buy clothing that's designed to be worn that way and they feel uncomfortable walking around with their shirt untucked and they exude that uncomfortablelnes and it makes them stand out like a sore thumb.

They would be better off working around the way they dress.
