I wasn't really shopping for a new gun today, but I couldn't pass up this deal.

It's a NIB Model 65LS "Ladysmith", 3" heavy barrel K-frame in .357 Magnum. A three-inch fixed-sight Magnum K-frame is considered by many to be the ultimate carry wheelgun, and the 65LS is the nicest of the bunch. It has a frosted stainless finish for corrosion resistance without the flashiness of naked or polished stainless. It also sports a shrouded ejector rod, something that is missing on all the other fixed-sight 3" M13s and M65s, save the Performance Center PC-13.

Best of all, I got it for $373, brand new. I've been looking for a 65LS in good shape for a long time now, and they just don't come in better shape than NIB. :D

Congrats! Absolutely great price, too.

The 65 IS the ultimate concealed carry revolver.

Stop hanging around here and go out and shoot it now!

SWEET! I love my 65 3", but I want to get a 65LS someday for the shrouded ejector. You got a great deal!

You bought a Ladysmith? Dude, have you gotten a nice lace trimmed holster to go with it? ;)

Seriously, I've been wanting one of those. Give me a holler when your chronic case of guntradeitis kicks in. ;)

No, but I am looking for a nice carry purse now. :D

Uh, don't hold your breath on that one, bud. The baby will be here in a week and a half, so the M65 will have to be the last one in before the ban, so to speak. I made the mistake of trading my first 65 3" to Tamara, and the seller's remorse has been killing me. This one will have to stay in the tribe.

Unless, of course, you have something really cool to trade for it. :D

Marko... superb revo ya got there! Superb defense gun. Now remember, the rule of happiness says never sell a 3" 13 or 65! They're your buddies for life. "Sell in haste... repent in leisure."

Oh yeah... ya gonna ditch those Altamont grips or what? (I got a pair on my 625 and couldn't get rid of them fast enough...) Who knows, perhaps they will feel good and fit you well, but they were ghastly for me.

I already pulled the grips off. They look nice and all, but they're too big and slippery. It's wearing Hogue Bantam grips now, which are perfect for that gun.

I usually prefer wood over recycled tires, but the shape of the Bantams is the ideal compromise between controlability and concealment.
