When did Lee stop making the Auto Prime II?

Didn't realize Lee stopped making the Auto Prime II. Due to Basel joint arthritis, I'm having a hard time gripping things. Well, I dropped something I thought I had a hold of and now I'm looking to replace the cover on my primer tray.

I didn't think of that, I may try that tomorrow, if work isn't too crazy.

They don't have spare parts for them anymore. The triangle one does fit it and is the replacement.
They quit making them about 15 or more years ago.
Something about they couldn't be fitted with a blast shield so they stopped making them.
I remember buying some of the last round primer trays many years ago and Lee saying when they were gone their would be no more made.

Yes the new trays fit as do the primer chutes from the Pro1000.
I paid a premium for one a number of years ago and now I use it on top of my RCBS JR3 press to load 223. I take very good care it it too.

That's good to know.
I've heard that the Lee ACP, (automatic case primer) works pretty good too.
That will probably be my next priming venture when my Auto Prime ll gives up the ghost.

You sir are very generous and that's what I love about THR community! Before seeing your offer, I found and purchased a complete set from feebay. It was more than double what I paid for the original, but now I have spares for the whole setup. It is slightly used but appears to be in good shape.

This Friday I go for the surgery to fix the arthritis in my left hand....5 weeks in a cast. Then I need it done to the right hand.
