I will be visiting Rome this summer. Does anyone know good gun shops there, and are American browsers well received?
I have been all over Europe and never seen a gun shop. I know they exist. Either way have a good time and try and get out of the city to some of the small towns if you can. Renting a car is easy. Prego!I will be visiting Rome this summer. Does anyone know good gun shops there, and are American browsers well received?
I was there a few years ago. I told them I was American citizen with my state’s CC permit. He said typically there was no problem delivering long arms to the USA. It takes a little time, they get the importation permit and can ship to your FFL. Handguns? Whole ‘nother tin of tuna there. No idea about Italy.
Sidenote:
If you enjoy history, there was very little written info as we walked in the Roman Forum, and we didn't, but Should have planned on a guided tour -- pretty low cost -- to provide an accurate context of the many buildings' ruins etc.
Back to guns: For anyone in downtown Lucerne Switzerland (or who will be/could be...), I found this by chance when seeing a sign for a sporting goods store, about six years ago. 10-15 minutes north of the large lake.
If this is the same shop, it had a Romy AKM, AR etc.
Disregard the mistaken link to one of our cats----
