The judge got a bit "testy" when he mentioned to the SA that he had been waiting on HIS concealed permit since September of last year and asked the SA if it should take that long. The SA "waffled" and replied that it shouldn't but he (the SA) wasn't all that familiar with the procedures of the ISP.
The fact that Judge McGlynn is also familiar with and knowledgeable about firearms means they can't bamboozle him with the usual nonsense they pull on other judges.
And, being a federal judge, if he knocks down the AWB, it will have massive repercussions all over the state because of other pending cases in state-level courts.
