Unfortunately most places now charge state sales tax for online orders... :(
Not to pick nits, but - to be fair, these online sales places are not charging sales tax.

They are collecting sales tax.

The difference is real. State Legislatures charge sales tax. Retail outlets merely collect it, usually for a small cut of the take.

Amazon started all this, by negotiating with various States (including Oklahoma), offering to collect the tax in exchange for a larger-than-usual cut.
Then SCOTUS sold us out, stating that a physical nexus was not necessary for the State to claim taxes. This flew in the face of hundreds of years of established law and precedent.

Follow the money.

I try to use common powders which in the past were on most shelves. Powders like IMR 4350, IMR 4831, H335, and Unique. In the past Accurate Arms powders particularly pistol powders, AA#2-5-and 9 were spotty and not available locally for months at a time. Also AA2520, and Reloder 15 were scarce. Worst powder supplied has always been Norma powders. Always had to order Norma MRP when it was available. Norma powders being imported by one company then dropped until someone else imported it. Undestand that today Norma powders are not available? Never have see VV powders locally. Now with one company or two owning all the powders you're going to see a lot of powders only available when they finally get around to running that particular batch of powder. Today if you find your favorites buy enough to last you a while. And like already mentioned local gun shops no longer carry reloading tools or supplies.

Varget is definitely one that seems prone to periods of unavailability more so than most. During the last shortage I switched most of my .223 match loads to RL15 because I was usually able to find it at my local stores, when things got more back to normal I started buying 5# jugs of it when I could. Varget was still really hit and miss and I wanted to build a stash to prepare for the next shortage (this one). At some point in the last 5-6 years I've accumulated 7 or 8 pounds of Varget but at this point I've found no reason to change away from RL15 (unless I run out).

I also started a policy of picking up a brick or two of small rifle primers each time I was at the local SG store and they had them in stock. That habit turned out pretty well for me.
