Where do you get your bullets for reloading?

I have look at:
Midway
Everglades
Berry's

Do you guy have a source to get your bullets at?

and what about brass? I am in need of some 357 brass (about 100-200)

Depends on which bullets I'm after. I buy from Missouri, SNS, and PrecisionBullets online. Locally it's Cabela's, FleetFarm, and a small two-man reloading outfit.

Most of my brass is picked up off the ground. Occasionally I will buy some factory ammo to get it.

What bullets I don't cast myself, I buy from one of the local online sources (Midway, Grafs, Midsouth etc).

I wouldn't even consider buying new .357 brass unless absolutely necessary. You can usually find used brass for much cheaper. I would start here in the buy/sell/trade section.

Welcome aboard Muk :)

If you post your interest in the Pay-It-Forward thread(s), I'd be willing to bet that someone will be able to help.
Also, as a member, RMR offers good bullet prices and a discount to the folks @ THR.

Hope you have a good time here ..... AoG

Ok, when I'm not being a facetious jerk, ( :) ), I get plated bullets from Berrys, good stuff. MidwayUSA has been VERY good to me over the years when ordering jacketed bullets, and sometimes they have some pretty darn good sale. Graf and Sons is another I've used in the past with good results.

I use Everglades, sometimes others. Pay attention to total price with shipping, some places I only order from when I can get free shipping or combine the order with other things.

It all really depends on what bullets I need.

Jeff

I primarily goto missouri bullet co, extreme bullets and bayou recently. Rocky mountain reloading has a good selection and prices, just depends on what bullet you are wanting. Watch prices for 357, it is all over the place. You can pick up 357 brass now at midway at 73.49 per 500 (little over 84 with shipping) for starline.

For a while, I got both at the dnr range just west of you in Spring Valley. I used to mine the berm a little for bullet casting material and grab a bunch of brass when there weren't any shooters or during cease fires. Go on Wednesday/thursday or in crummy weather when it isn't busy. 357 brass isnt extremely common but I managed to pick up a thousand pieces over the course of a couple years. 357 and 38 brass is usually in nice neat piles right in front of the shooting stalls. I used to find a lot of it in front of the two stalls they have reserved for ccw training only.

Country attic general store in South Lebanon is a great place for reloading stuff, they carry new hornady brass and bullets as well as an assortment of range brass on consignment. I believe they are moving to their new storefront here within the next month so I'd call to make sure you have the right place and be sure they are open.

Welcome to the THR.
THR members get a %5 discount from Missouri Bullet. There is a code at checkout you use if you have it, but I just call them and talk to Joanne and it is taken care of.:D RMR also has a discount presently I think. I also cast my own as well as buy from Rocky Mountain Reloading, Natchez Shooters supply, Graff and Sons, Midway USA, and Matts Bullets for my specialty stuff. The other vendors mentioned are also great as well. MB shipps four boxes of bullets in one medium USPS flat rate box and that is usually a good deal. Just check the total price on bullets as some companies have good pricing on product then the shipping hits hard negating the deal. Others have a flat rate.
I believe you have to be on this forum a while and interact on various threads for a bit (not sure how long either) then you can access the personal Buy and Sell areas we share among our active members. Another perc that is worthwhile.;)

I get most of my cast from MO Bullet and Sierra for factory seconds on everything else.

Welcome!

I suggest Rocky Mountain Reloading and use the highroad discount code. They now have their own line of FMJ and JHP bullets as well as their excellent Match Plated bullets! Lots of happy customers here! I can attest that their new Match plated bullets are *VERY* accurate! Search some of the threads here and you'll see what we're referring to...

For lead, either plain or coated, I suggest Missouri Bullet as they also have a THR discount.

My present lot of coated pistol bullets I got from BBI with pickup at a match to save shipping.
I have shot xTreme plated bullets bought when they announced a sale price on my caliber.

It has been a while since I bought any rifle bullets but the last I got were Scenars from Bruno's.

I no longer cast for BPCR so I have bought from Montana Bullet Works and Big Sky.

Don't forget to check out TJConevera.com for bullets and BrassManBrass.com for brass. I've been ordering from both for years, without any problems with any my orders.

Cabelas next week has a sale 20% off all Hornaday bullets

I look for sales like this on the premium bullets.
For plinkers I usually get RMR, EXTREME, or Berry's.

I usually buy Berry's bullets from Cabela's when they have sales + free shipping.

I've ordered .223 jacketed bullets from RMR and they are great.

X-treme bullets are nice, but if you order from their website, shipping is slooooooow.

I used to buy from TJ-Conevera, but RMR beats his prices by a good margin.

Shipping cost from MidwayUSA is too high.
