Where should I buy a holster online ?

I bought a Sig P220R a week ago and cannot find a place within a 70 mile radius that has anything I want in stock. I'm looking for a Bianchi 7 shadow II or a Safariland Model 328. (leather holsters)

What online retailers do you all use ?

Of course I'm looking for places that have good customer service, prompt delivery, good prices, etc..

I found this place through Google, prices look good, I just have no idea which companies are good to deal with and which ones aren't.

suede lined = good or bad ?

I noticed Bianchi discontinued the 'Shadow' lined holster for some reason. I'm wondering if the lining wears out or gets ripped up by sights or something.

That is a very old line. My father had a suede lined Shadow that he used to carry a S&W M15 in. This was 30 years ago. I still have the holster. The suede is in excellent condition. I think, if the Shadow is truly gone, it was b/c it is an expensive holster to make (both time and material-wise) and sales have probably tanked. You just don't see that much interest in them anymore.

Can't help with suggestions as to where to get Bianchi or Safariland holsters for good prices, as I prefer Don Hume these days from www.gunnersalley.com. I do alot of business with Midway (www.midwayusa.com) you might try them. Not always the best price but they're nothing if not fair.

I buy both Bianchi and Galco holsters from Arizona Gunrunner which has a site
on line and they have excellent prices and fine service...they have been good folks to me for about 5 years or so....they will have what you want...

may get a shoulder holster from the HKPro guy. looks like a bit of a wait from him.

Ant one needing/wanting a holster check ebay. There are lots of the for Glocks.

Type in the brand name-the original poster mentioned Bianchi-so make it Bianchi holster and 75 or so will show. Do that with each brand.

received my holster

I received my holster yesterday. Bianchi 7L Shadow II suede lined. The holster looks and feels great. It holds my full size P220 up very close to my body, making it easy to carry concealed in the small of my back. . ($63.00 including shipping) This is about $10-$20 less than most other sites were selling the same holster for.

I don't know if it is the suede lining or what but this holster is not nearly as stiff as the other Galco and Bianchi leather holster I looked at.

I am happy with the quick delivery. I placed my order about 4:50PM on Thursday and they got it to me Monday. Pretty quick to go from Maine to Colorado. They responded to every email within a few hours also.
