I've checked prices at Midway and Graf. Both sell the Hornady Lock-N-Load Progressive at $300. I'd buy the tool from Graf to take advantage of their free shipping...but they're out of stock.

Midway has the shell plates at $24 compared to Graf's $28, so I'd get those from Midway as I need four of them...but both dealers are out of stock on some of them!

Does anyone know of other sources?

EBAY has an auction on an older Hornady setup from an estate, including plates and accessories, closing tomorrow...but that appears to be an early press and I've heard that Hornady has upgraded current presses to cure early problems.

(Don't try to sell me on alternative presses...I'm totally frustrated with trying to get a second-hand...and apparently much used...Lee Loadmaster to function correctly, and after considerable use of a friend's Dillon 550B, plus consideration of the VERY high cost of caliber changes, I don't want one for myself.:what: )

Let me know if you want to get rid of that Lee loadmaster/boat anchor.
I might have enough left of another one I bought, to make one operating press!

No no no.... he has to throw the Loadmaster in either a swamp or the trash... its a rite of passage. :D

For the Hornady L-N-L Auto, try Cabela's or Bass Pro Shop. I got tired of Midway's multiple postponed deliveries and bought my last one from Cabela's. Even got it for less cost because I had a discount coupon that would apply. Good luck.

Good shooting and be safe.

ps: Highly recommend putting an RCBS Baffle in the powder hopper of Hornady powder measure. For pistol calibers, the small pistol metering chamber will throw more precise powder charges. I use these items on my two Hornady LNL's.

Cabela's has them listed, although at a price higher than the sources you listed above.

Too bad, they were all listed at the same price when I bought mine. Is the difference worth being able to get the press right now?

Good shooting and be safe.

I just bought one at cabelas over Christmas and they had a $25.00 coupon or rebate or something with it. You also get 15% off if you apply for their Credit card. Shell plates are $24.99.

I have two of the older ProJectors And have had no problems with them.
But if you ever have any trouble they will fix it no charge or send you the parts ..
They do have alot of updates on the newer ones.. But Mine work just fine.

I do have a Dillion powder measure on mine . As hornady didn`t have a case activated powder measure at the time.. And Shell Plates you can find on eBay if you keep your eyes open.. Sometimes Pretty Cheap.
