You are using the old High Contrast theme. We have installed a new dark theme for you, called UI.X. This will work better with the new upgrade of our software. You can select it at the bottom of any page.
You can order his books from Palladin Press or from from Gunsite. They have a web site at www.gunsite.com. Go to their proshop and view the selection. You can call them and give credit card on the phone. UPS will deliver in a couple days.
IMHO his books are good and he is one of the best instructors you can find.
All of his books (and videos) are available from Paladin Press. FWIW, Tactical Reality II will be released in a few months. Like the first Tactical Reality, it's a compilation of his Training & Tactics columns that's appeared in S.W.A.T.
Just my two cents, however his books are good, in person he is better. It amazes me how much knowledge this man has in his head. He can recite things, verbatim, from years and years ago. Its actually very scary.
Not to mention, he is VERY K.I.S.S. simple. Quite good training. In fact, I'm going to give up a week long course, just to go to his Carbine/Pistol Course for three days. Well worth it.
Skunk-
Wish I could make it, but there's not enough time in the schedule.
I'll be takiing Sully's Armorer and Carbine Operator courses in April at Valhalla (staying over for the Cane Fighting course). Right on the heels of that is the Carbine Tactical Problems course at Gunsite in May with Pat Rogers.
As Phil already pointed out, Louis can be almost scary with the amount of info he keeps in his noggin. I've never seen any instructor diagnose a shooter's problem and fix it as quickly as he can. You will have fun, and you will learn a lot.
The class I was referring too is April 2-4, in Turlock. I'm 99% sure I am going. I will be in his shotgun course at ITTS the weekend before. I am off this weekend, however it will all depend upon money, etc. Wife is re-doing the kitchen and all So money may be tight then. Of course, the good ole IRS may kick in the money with income tax returns.
Skunk, I ordered all of his books off of Amazon. I got a couple used. It isn't any kind of a big deal to "special order" books from Amazon.
Of course I got Tactical Realities at Gunsite and had it autographed the last time I was there.
Romor has it he is teaching my 260 Shotgun class in March.
Oh, you can count on it. I always take way more ammo than they say. I don't want to have to limit myself. If there are two relays, I want to shoot on both relays.
Any other tips ?
