I would like to be able to buy pulled surplus bullets, like the old 30-06 ammo bullets like the black tips. Or even just m80 ball projectiles.
But I haven't seen these type of sales happening the last few years. Is there a specific place that sells pulled bullets? Or is it not even a bargain if you did that?

Thanks for the responses. Seeing the websites, buying them isn't as much of a bargain however if one really wanted military projectiles for testing or for collection it's a good resource.
I'd really like the heavy armor piercing rounds but doesn't look like I'll get those.
I already checked out and purchased Midway USA factory seconds before. Kinda a mixed bag. The frangible .223 bullets I bought have a brittle plastic tip that comes off in my seating die. I'm going to have to aquire a plastic seating stem to overcome this, or somehow trade the rest of them.

Maybe buying 147 gr M80 ball projectiles and comparing them to the Available Hornady 150 FMJ would be a good project to do.

The Hornady 150s are minute capable with a little load dev and make a really good M80 ball clone load pretty easily with alot of different powders. Buy with confidence.

Ive bought from these guys before, and full boxes of 2100 bullets are 21 cents a shot.

RMR has .30cal 150gr FMJ.

Good for blasting/plinking grade ammunition. Prices include shipping.
Also, a discount is available to members of THR. Jake also runs specials if you get on his email list.

For match/target level accuracy, the Speer 168gr BTHP’s are good. MidSouthShootersSupply.com just got a supply shipped from Speer.

Pretty good. About what you'd want for .308. My target for .223 is under 10 cents a bullet.

Because these are simply the best projectile you can use, for .308 and 30-06.
BTHP are basically Match kings, correct? It's crazy how precise those are. But I want to see a bullet thats accurate no matter the fluctuation in powder charge.

As @CQB45ACP would say, “No, no. Not that rock.”
I’d like to see a car that drives as well no matter how many tires are flat.
I’d like to see an airplane that flies as fast no matter how many engines are on fire.
Just go buy some ballpoint pens and cut them to length so they’ll chamber. Done.
