Where to find a RRA AR in VA

I have pretty much settled on a RRA Varmint A4. Does anybody know of a shop near Richmond Va that stocks Rock River stuff? Anywhere in Va? What about N.C. or Tenessee? I really would like to compare the 16" to the 20". Also, I would pay a little more if it meant I actually got to see the rifle I was buying as compared to ordering off the internet. I really don't want to order teh rifle and go through all of the transfer jazz. Or if you know of a dealer who will order one even without a commitment from me, I want to look at it before throwing out $1000 or so.

I know it has been covered before but does anybody have any advice on barrel length?
