Do they still let you have guns in Maryland?

For now. They just mandated a new form that forces us to submit to scrutiny of mental health records.

Was there a law passed? Nope. The boy governor simply declared it so. :banghead:

I'm counting down the days until I can get out of Maryland- North Carolina sounds nice.

I'm trying to think of the gun of the month club rule as a goal rather than a restriction  ....Now what to get for July.....Hmmmmm :D

If you're looking for more military retirees in the Staunton area who shoot at Hite Hollow, count me in. The wife teaches in Craigsville and I've got a friend living out Estaline Valley road. He's retired military (Afghanistan vet) and a shooter, too. Heck we should have a THR shoot.

This is looking better and better. I won't have the move complete until 2 August but after that is a whole month of freedom. So any time in August would be good for me.

Okay I'm gonna say this, Let's celebrate Titan6's return to the area with a shoot at Hite Hollow in August. Anybody got a date that especially works for them? Once we decide we can post it in the Rallying Point section.

Okay, Finally made it to Hite Hollow. What a neat place. I was there mid day on a weekday so I had the whole thing to myself :)

First time shooting my SKS more than 100 yards. Urmmm, need to adjust that windage a -little- bit

It's a pretty short drive out there for me so anytime others want to meet out there give me a shout and I'll see if I can make it.

p.s. automotive sponges make GREAT reactive targets!

On a slightly personal note, Titan 6 just suffered a sudden and unexpected loss in the family (his mother). Thought the board might want to know in case you wanted to pass along condolences or such.

Hey Z....I just made the move to Bealeton myself. Now i'm about an hour away from NRA. I figure I'm only an hour and a half maybe 2 hrs to Staunton. I may have to make a trek out there sometime, since I got too busy moving to ever meet up with you at NRA.....

Titan 6 - sorry about your loss...

I need to get back out to Hite Hollow. Anytime in September is good for me except Labor Day weekend.

My condolences Titan6.
