Which 870 for HD?

I have posted this before, but I bought the express when it was all I had the $$$ for.

I was planning on adding the following:
Knoxx specops
sling
mag spring
non lock safety
LE fore end
ghost rings

Now only the ghost ring and j safety are left and they will be gone come spring. I may also put a limbsaver on it to reduce recoil even more.

Eventually, I will prolly switch out the internals and be left with a de facto 870P. But that will be years from now. In the meantime, I have never had a malfunction of any kind and I just put another 250 rounds through it.

Yes, it does slide around. I'm looking at new options to solve this problem. I'll post any updates.

I kind of like this one

This is a Remington 870 Tactical. Not quite a police, but many cool features I think.

I've seen this gun at two local stores, and found the image on impact guns, not sure what I'm supposed to do but figured the mod here would rather me post their image, than their link, but I tried to give them credit? I can't find an image of this config on remington's site, but seeing the exact same config in two stores, must be a common factory model?

Everyone's selling it just under $400

* 12g
* 18" barrel
* Has a folding stock w/ seemingly reasonable pad on it.
* Integrated extra round holder in stock
* Stock operates well, felt good extended and folded
* Already has extended mag (site said 7 rnd extended mag, don't know if that meant 6+1 or 7+1 - newbie )
* Site also said 3" barrel, not sure how big a deal that is?


Only things I would want to add:

* Tac light for HD, like if power went out, etc., this is a must for me.

* Those ghost ring sites everyone's talking about, in case I wanted to take it out for fun and shoot some clays or something? Prob expensive to add sites aftermarket, need gunsmith? May not be big deal for me, HD main thing here for me...

Other than that, I like the gun, although no one would rent at the range, so assuming I'll like the shot.
