Which Shotgun Press?

I'm getting started in reloading, and am in the process of setting things up. Since I mentioned to some people that I'm getting into reloading, I've been getting all kinds of free stuff, which is fine with me....

Among all this free stuff has been three different shotgun presses. I'm focusing on pistol/rifle right now, but I may do some low-volume shotgun reloading in the future. I don't know much about shotgun presses, so I'm wanting a little feedback. All three presses seem fairly old. Looks like all three have some missing pieces, but that's not a big deal as I've got a machine shop, and I know how to use it....

So, which should I keep (if any), and which should go to the yard sale?

Any information on the presses would be appreciated as well. Thanks.

Man..I wish I could help but I have no idea what any of those are.

If you can't get any of them working, and you still want to reload MEC makes good and affordable 12 gauge presses.

Dump those three and get into something newer. You should be able to find a MEC Jr for around $50 and parts as well. Those three things - doubt you could find parts any longer - if you can find someone to identify what they are.

The Lee Load All II is a great press for the money and will last a good long time. No need to spend a lot of money when you can get the same results for less. Kempf has the Load All II for only $37.95!!

dont dump any of them. Those are some nice presses. old but im sure they all work fine. Heck you want sell them let me know. Id be interested in the first one. Just have to know how to use them.

Thanks for the help guys. Sounds like I need to do some playing with these first. $40 bucks is cheap for a new press, so that may be my best course long term, but I'm going to see if I can get one of these to work first. Thanks.

I have reloaded well over 125K 12 gauge shells on a MEC jr. I would buy another in a heart beat but I doubt I will ever have to. It is very simple to use and never gave me a bad shell.

+1 on dumping all 3 and finding a used Mec 600 JR..

Sell them to Scrat and buy a MEC. They have a long line of models, you can pick what you need.
