Which states recognize a Virginia concealed handgun permit?

Like the topic says, I'm trying to find out which states allow you to carry a concealed handgun with a Virginia permit.

According to http://www.handgunlaw.us/documents/USReciprocity.pdf:

AK, AR, AZ, FL, ID, IN, KY, LA, MI, MO, MT, NC, NM, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT and WV.

Michigan (MI), Florida (FL) and West Virginia (WV) only honor permits from residents of the issuing states.

You have actually asked a more complicated question. By Virginia permit do you mean a resident permit or an out of state Virginia Permit?
