Which would you choose?

I'm looking for a scope for my new 308 Sako Finnlight, which will be used for deer at an average of 100 yards. I'm considering two different Swarovski 3-9's -- a z3 and a new old stock Habicht. The Habicht would cost a little less than the z3. Which is the better scope? Thanks.

I never heard of the 'Habicht'. If it's anything close to the Swarovski either would be outstanding. You'll have a great gun, chambering, and quality scope. All you need next is ammo, some range time, and cooperative deer.

A Habicht is a discontinued 1" Swarovski scope. I have one on my Sako 75 7mm-08, and really like it. I'm trying to figure out if the Z3 is it replacement and if it's an improvement. Thanks.

I would get the one you see out of the best. If it is equal then buy the one that costs less.
